Hey all! This is a new feature, The Art of Beer Cooking (name is under construction), about how to cook with your beer. It will happen every weekend, just in time for you to try something new when entertaining guests, impressing loved ones or rekindling old flames (beer is the way to go, always).
This week, here’s a recipe for beer cheese fondue. The recipe doesn’t call for any particular kind of beer, so be judicious. For me, cooking with New Glarus’ Spotted Cow has been a pretty divine experience, but a lot of times the High Life will do. It’s really what flavor you prefer (I would highly recommend not using porters, stouts, pale ales, they are just too strong for a fondue).
