The Art of Beer Cooking: Belgian Beef and Beer Stew

Merry Christmas from your friends at the MwBC.  On behalf of Anthony and myself, we wish you the very happiest of holidays and hope that you get that Red Rider 200 Shot Range Model Air Rifle you’ve been asking for.  If you’re looking for a warm meal to keep you toasty this holiday weekend, try this Belgian Beef and Beer Stew recipe from Cooking Light Magazine.  In the local spirit of craft beer, I recommend using New Belgium’s Abbey.  It’s a yeasty treat of a belgian-style ale that will impart all of its glory to your beef stew.

Feed that adventerous side of your soul this Christmas because, as always, there’s more to be explored.  Cheers.
