Sunday morning breakfast was always one of my favorite meals growing up. Eggs, bacon, hashbrowns and monkey bread were staples on our table, but nothing compared to my grandma’s buttermilk pancakes. That recipe is one that I’ve carried with me all this time, serving a stack of flapjacks up to my college roommates after a night at the Old Fashioned. So I was very excited to stumble upon this recipe for the kid in every beer drinker.
Try making it with a lighter ale like a belgian witbier or a darker porter or stout for something more indulgent.
